Changed your mind? You have 14 days, as long as the plugin has not been activated.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as you have not activated the plugin with your licence key.
Email us first. Most problems are solved in a reply or two. If we cannot get the plugin working on your system, we will refund you, even after activation.
Email support@bellfoundaudio.com with the email address you bought with (your licence is bound to that). We aim to reply within two working days.
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used. When a refund is made, the licence for that order ends and the plugin should be uninstalled.
This policy comes on top of your rights as a consumer where you live, and never replaces them.
