The short version: you buy a licence to use our plugins, Paddle handles the payment, and you can come to us with anything.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Bellfound Audio, and "you" means the person buying or using our software.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. That means Paddle is the seller on your receipt, takes the payment and charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms.
Support and refunds are handled by us. Write to support@bellfoundaudio.com, and if a refund is due we issue it through Paddle, back to the payment method you used.
Everything is delivered digitally. After your order you receive an email with your licence key, and the installers are on our downloads page. If an email does not arrive, tell us and we will send it again.
When you buy a plugin you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it, for as long as you like, for any kind of music or audio work, commercial included. You do not buy the software itself.
If these terms are broken, we may cancel the licence.

We work hard to make the plugins reliable and will help if something goes wrong. Beyond that, the software is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will be free of faults or work with every host, system or setup.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost work, data or income, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the law where you live gives you, and nothing in these terms takes those away.
